Issue fixed. This is my 27th year of doing this- I am sure I have used your fantastic software since your first year. Entering by hand sucked.

before the tourney begins

This message is appearing at top of email that I receive after finishing a test entry. But I did not write these words anywhere!

Is there an error on the template that TurboTourney is using to acknowledge entries?

Thanks for reply. I know the check box you are talking about- however, what I am asking about is not an email. Rather, rather it is a text file that automatically is opened in Notepad immediately after I import entries on my home server that hosts my webpage for the report package.

Imported Entries Text File

I usually get a importlisting.txt immediately after completing a download of entries from TurboTourney server. I am not getting this for my second chance pool. Did I miss a setting somewhere?

I had this exact same problem.
Doug's fix above, reloading the software, solved issue for me.

I was not very clear. The 2 links at bottom are dead- would like to remove them. Not a big deal- I bottom link has turbotourney spelled wrong. Again, not a big deal- if no way to remove, then that is fine.

I believe that your analysis is right on: you aren't entering in a new name, it is just populating the picks for that entries name For future viewers of this post, this is exactly what I did: 1. One time a player submitted 2 entries under the same name. I got the normal warning, manually changed one name, hit RETRY, entry processed- and I did get a report- but only with this corrected player's name. Another time, there were no duplicates, and all 10 entries processed normally- but no report...

If I recall correctly, whenever I download new player entries from "Load Web Picks from Turbotourney.com," I get a .txt document that lists the entries that were imported into my Pool. This might be a good thread to ask a question that I am not clear about: what causes the Mover/loser to change? I update standings every 2 hours if a game has ended in that period- does the move/loser rating change then? Or at the end of each day? Or the end of each round? Etc.
