Re: Entry Submission Fails on Safari (iOS)

Just went back to my iPhone and tried submitting it through Chrome rather than Safari. No problem at all with Chrome. It seems that the iOS/Safari is the problem.

Re: Upgrade from TT 2018 to TT 2019 [SOLVED]

Sam,

I had to tell you that it was much easier than I imagined. I'm kicking myself for not reaching out a few years ago.

Thanks again!

Re: Upgrade from TT 2018 to TT 2019 [SOLVED]

Okay, I did as suggested and took my 2018.TT file and then upgraded it, then renamed it to new.TT. It seems like my settings were saved in the pairings/players were emptied. Tomorrow when 2019.TT comes out, I'll download it. Normally, at that time I would open it in the TurboTourney but if I do that...

Re: Upgrade from TT 2018 to TT 2019 [SOLVED]

I would like to do the same thing also. I assume you mean to take the 2018 TT file and then upgraded it, right? If so, I do you get the 2019 pairings into it? If I start with the 2019 TT file, his way to bring the 2018 settings into it? I normally set up the new TT file from scratch and it always ta...

Re: Saving a set up

Thanks Phil, It's great to know that I can do this but I'm not exactly sure that I understand correctly. Should I first open my 2016 program with the 2016 file in it before I do the File> File Upgrade Wizard? Do I then open my 2017 program and import the 2016 file? Also, I don't have *.TT files, the...

Saving a set up

I've been using TT for many years and it's a great program. The only problem I have is the time it takes on Selection Sunday night to get my pool all set up. Each year eventually I get all of the settings as I use every year but it does take a while to find them all. Is there any kind of option expo...

Email option on entry sheet

I'm having problems finding the place where I can add a checkbox to the entry sheet that will allow users to have their pics emailed to them. Please advise when you can.

Thanks!

Re: Deploy be a web - Advanced (Script)

Thanks Phil, I did stumble across the answer I was looking for. I had forgotten to check the box to allow the entries to come in through email. I know that's not what you recommend but I've always just copied the data out of the email and then loaded it into TT. I think I learned to do it that way i...

Re: Deploy be a web - Advanced (Script)

When I first tried this I used the advanced option and just took default characters in the script area. That did generate an entry form and upload it to the web but when I went to submit the picks, it gave some odd script message. Then I tried Basic and I don't get an error message, in fact I get a ...

Re: Deploy be a web - Advanced (Script)

Doug, I am using the 2017 version. When I tried to use Basic, it asked me for my Pool ID. I use my email address and password that I used to purchase the software. I don't remember having to do that in the past and now the tournament entry form generates, loads to my FTP site but does not return the...

Deploy be a web - Advanced (Script)

We have run this pool with family and friends for many years and have always used "deploy via web" Basic on our own webspace. This year it looks different and it appears that I have to use Advanced to use my own webspace. Is this correct? I see that Advanced requires use of Script which I am not fam...
