If you upload the Player Picks report at the same time you upload any Standings report (as part of the report package), the linking between the two reports happens automatically. It's been that way for a number of years now.

Go to Tools -> Schedule Organizer -> View log.

Post the LAST 20 or so lines in that log (or you might see enough that tells you what's wrong).

You should still have the hyperlinks as long as "Playpicks" is part of your report package.

Right. In order for you to get your worst possible finish, you will still score four more points. It's not two different categories. It's sorted based on your worst possible finish, and shows you how many points will will have if that scenario happens.

Overwriting on the website?

In the second chance pool file, go to Tools -> FTP Manager and make sure the directory is different than the main site.

Something else I found strange on your site... the current standings page doesn't have links to the individual picks. I thought that was automatic when you uploaded currentstandings & playerpicks at the same time.

A coworker entered using Safari on his Apple laptop with no problem. My son got an error when he tried to submit from his iPhone. I'm guessing some issue with the mobile version of Safari.

Just a warning... I went to set up my schedule this morning, and noticed it had '63' for # of Games Played. I'm sure it's because I upgraded last year's pool file, but if I hadn't caught it and reset it, new game results wouldn't be downloaded. I think this bit me last year, so just a note to folks...

I don't use the add on, so I don't zip, but is there a chance you changed what directory on your pc the zip file is saved at? Sorry, that's all I got.

The lines show up on my picksheet. I feel like there might be somewhere to turn them off, but I just looked and can't find it.

As far as the spacing, no, unfortunately there's nothing you can do to change that.

Once you downloaded the real pairings, did you deploy via web again? If not, do that immediately. I also wonder if you have some "test" bracket entries still ready for download.

OK, very easy now... At some point after the pairings are announced, Doug will upload them. All you'll need to do is open new.TT, then select Tournament - Pairings -> Download from web. Save new.tt. Then deploy your site (you can test your FTP settings by uploading Tournament News now). Save new.tt ...

The /cgi-bin directory is only if you use the "advanced" deploy, and yes, the RELATIVE placement of that (I'm not familiar with /_vti_log) is important. Do what I suggested. All your settings will be there with a blank bracket. Once the bracket is released, download it and build your website as normal.

The best way is to install the new year, then go to File -> File Upgrade Wizard. Pay attention to the prompts, and you'll be able to wipe out all the pairings, picks, and players (hey look, alliteration!), but keep the scoring. You'll save the new file. What directory is it trying to get you to send from?

Do you have filezilla or another FTP program on your PC that you can try to use to upload (for testing)?

Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling TT?

Do you have your own website or are you hosting on TT.com?

Try View -> Preferences -> Mail.

Under 'Authentication', check 'Login' and put your username and password.

Of course, this won't help with the 30 message/minute limit, but nothing TT can do about that.
