Schedule Organizer empty

I've updated the .exe and made sure it's stamped with today's date. When I look at the Organizer, there are no pools listed and "Load this pool" is grayed out. How do I get my pool into this schedule and how do I start it?

Check the forum at the top and there is a post about this. You need to update the program and it will solve it.

Verify Info not working

I have downloaded the software and am trying to deploy via web. I also purchased the internet add on. I'm entering the same account info I've had since 2005, but it's telling me it's invalid. I'm not able to deploy so looking for a quick solution.
