I don't think it is a bug as the software hasn't changed for 2017, meaning no patches have been released, and it is working for others. I think it is a setting that you have that might be buried that is what I'm trying to figure out. But i'm swamped at work right now and trying to do this quickly. D...

If you have the TT program open while the scheduler runs it should update but the TT program won't reflect it. But you should be able to download the results and see them. That has been a feature for years, just go to "File>File Upgrade Wizard" and walk through the steps. The only requirement is that you save the previous years pool file to have it to import in to the new program. It doesn't have to be just the previous year it can be almost any previous fil...

Did you have these running on the scheduler?
If so did you have TT open when it ran?

You could always save the *.tt file under another name as a backup, then remove all of the completed game scores and start over in terms of the results.

OK, what about all the other questions, those are very important.

If you are behind a firewall can you turn it off.
If you are at work have you tried from home?
Can you get off a VPN if you are on one and try a standard internet connection.
