If you click on Add-on from this screen can you send the information you have on there? That should be where your password is coming from.

As long as you just update the names that won't mess anything up. You can also download the pairings again and you'll get the update as I have already updated the team names from last night's game. You will get a warning letting you know it's ok if updating the First Four games so you cna continue a...

If you are trying to load a "file" of entries and not with the integrated From TurboTourney.com feature then you do that by selecting the Remote menu, Load Web Picks From a File and then select the file that you have saved. You can't just double-click or open the file by itself.

Just go ahead and continue and then when prompted to delete entries from the server say yes. That message won't appear then after that.

That is just a viewable report of the bracket, not the entry page. You need to select the Remote menu, then Deploy via Web to generate a working entry page. Let us know if that doesn't work.

This isn't part of the template but it's just part of the default settings when you start a pool. You can change it by selecting the Reports menu, then Report Setup and click on the Tournament Pick Sheet report. It is part of the "Intructions" text.

If you got an extension for more entries previously it most likely is still setup that way so you are probably fine. If you send me an email at support@turbotourney.com I can check.

I supposes it's possible that the upgraded file might be causing the problem but then I would have thought it would work with the 2018 database from last year but if you're saying it's not working against either a 2018 or 2019 sysVersion value that doesn't seem right. If the version is 2019 then it should match. Are you certain you've updated the connection to point to the new database with the 2019 version number?

And when you created the database you ran the init_sqlsserver2008_database.sql script to initialize the database? That should have set the version to 2019:

INSERT INTO [dbo].[sysVersion] Values (2019)

Can you query that table and see what value is in there?

Where you have setup the redirect URL make sure you include the full URL (http://...) not just the page name.

Ok I think I found what the issue was and uploaded an updated MSI installer.
