I believe some of the FTP Manager settings are always defaulted to certain settings when using the Internet Add-on and that is one of them.

The link to the entry page would be a different address, it's just for entries. The build web site address would be your full web site that your players should go to in order to see the current standings and other pages.

Did you run a current standings after the 16th game was over? That's the only reason I can think that the baseline would not get created.

Has it worked before? Do you happen to have a large pool? Are you using the Zip option for the FTP upload or uploading the files individually? Also, does it get part way through or happen right away?

The Internet Add-on is capped at 1,000 regardless... send me an email support@turbotourney.com and I'll locate your account and increase your Add-on limit as well.

Are you using the Internet Add-on or your own web hosting space?

To update standings on the site, you just need to update the game results (Tournament menu, Results and click on the Update button) and then build your web site again (Tools menu Build Web Site and click Build Site).

If you select the Tournament menu, then Options and click on the User Info tab it will show you your registration information.

I guess I would expect that, you would need to select the File menu, then Open and then locate the file on the flash drive in order to open it in the program.

Where did you last save your pool file? That is where you'll need to open it from. It's hard to say what might be happening but if you are transferring it between 2 computers how are you going about moving the file between the two?

For the advanced web deployment that is the only option for emails, the other email confirmation is only an option when the entry is processed on the Turbo Tourney servers.

That shouldn't be the case but have you posted your pool pages to the web or where are you expecting people to be be able to see those pages?

FYI the error isn't related to the installation it's related to that specific pool file so now that you're using a different file it should be fine.

This seems to indicate that your pool data file has become corrupted. Do you have any backup of the pool file?

Phil has pointed out the main locations, to get there select the Reports menu, then Report Options and click on the Web Folders tab. The only other place I can think of is at the end of the Deploy via Web you'll want to change where the entry page goes as well.

Make sure that there isn't a space in front of the registration number when you enter it, I've seen that happen and then the whole number won't work.
