So yeah, you are using a Week 17 template. My guess is you started somehow with your Week 17 file from last year and entered the pairings yourself. Your best best I think would be to start over with a week 1 file and the picks yourself. You will want to make sure you download and delete all the pick...

If you select the Tournament menu, then Setup which template is highlighted? And can you post a link to your entry page? I need to see that to really understand what situation your pool is in. It doesn't sound like you are using a Week 1 template right now.

Are you sure you are using the Week 1 template? If you select the Tournament menu, then Setup which template is highlighted? The templates for Week 1 and Week 2 are definitely available.

Week 1 Miami/Tampa Bay Update

The NFL has announced that the game this week between Miami and Tampa Bay will now be played in Week 11. We will be handling this change the same way we handled the game in 2008 that was moved due to Hurricane Ike: For Week 1 it's too late to remove the game from the template so I am going to record...

Would it work to try using head-to-head 4 teams for the first week and then switch to 2-team bracket for the rest of the season? I don't think there is any difference between the two if you are doing a 2-team pool.

Yeah head-to-head must require 4 teams minimally and bracket is 2. I just don't think we see a ton of pools that involve 2 teams.

Hi Doug, we only have a template for the full single-elimination bracket for the NHL because it's possible that a 2nd round series could start before all the 1st round series are over depending on how quick teams win. You're only option really is to just score the repick game results yourself.

For "instructions" you can select the Reports menu, then Report Setup and select the Tournament Pick Sheet. There are Line1 and Line2 instructions here that will show up on the bracket.

Deadlines are entered as part of the Deploy via Web process under the Remote menu.

On the Report Selection window there is a small box at the top of that screen that says "Don't show this window again" and I think sometimes that accidentally gets clicked. Glad that worked for you.

Try selecting the View menu, then Preferences. Click on the Tools tab. There is a Display Report Selection option. Do you have that unchecked?

I believe some of the FTP Manager settings are always defaulted to certain settings when using the Internet Add-on and that is one of them.

The link to the entry page would be a different address, it's just for entries. The build web site address would be your full web site that your players should go to in order to see the current standings and other pages.

Did you run a current standings after the 16th game was over? That's the only reason I can think that the baseline would not get created.

Has it worked before? Do you happen to have a large pool? Are you using the Zip option for the FTP upload or uploading the files individually? Also, does it get part way through or happen right away?

Are you using the Internet Add-on or your own web hosting space?

To update standings on the site, you just need to update the game results (Tournament menu, Results and click on the Update button) and then build your web site again (Tools menu Build Web Site and click Build Site).

If you select the Tournament menu, then Options and click on the User Info tab it will show you your registration information.

I guess I would expect that, you would need to select the File menu, then Open and then locate the file on the flash drive in order to open it in the program.
