Confirmation Email

A couple of my players, have entered multiple times- they have said that they are not getting confirmation emails from the TurboTourney server after submitting their picks.

First, confirmation email IS checked in Deploy by Web
Second, I have made 5 test entries for myself since Sunday. I only received 1 confirmation email. I have checked both my Spam folder as well as my ISP (noip.com) Spam folder. Nothing

Is this a know issue this year?

I have not had any complaints on my pool. I think one person posted about a similar problem, but it was tracked down that all the people not getting their picks were on yahoo, and they were being delivered, just extremely slow.

There have been some known reports of Yahoo/AOL delaying email delivery. Otherwise no, I haven't heard or seen of any issues. All email submissions are attempted to send immediately.
