Scheduler is giving a weird error about NFL pool? and not running

I am running an NCAA pool (9th year with this software now) I noticed the schedule is not updating the results so I looked at the log and it is giving me a super weird result. I have never used any NFL pools or actually any pool other than the NCAA but look at the error below, its looking for some sort of nflscores.txt file. What the heck, what is this? Anyway, it doesn't pick-up the results of games and it doesn't actually update the scheduler to run again on the schedule I've set. (i.e. every 10 min)

Please help!

Yeah I am just getting ready to post an update... there is a bug in the Turbo Tourney program relating the scheduler. I believe Turbo Tourney Pro is fine.

To fix, please download the Turbo Tourney 2018 and run the installer to update your version and then try the scheduler again:

Me as well. Looks like someone forgot to change the settings before publishing the client.

Did close the program and restart it after updating? That surprises me, about 6 other people have done this and they have all said it's resolved the problem for them. Can you double check again? It won't change existing information in the log but any new information will be correct.

Can you also double-check the program did get updated. If you go to: C:\Program Files (x86)\theSideline.com\Turbo Tourney 2018 or wherever you have the program installed and make sure the tt2018.exe is dated today.

Make sure to shutdown the Tray/ scheduler and restart it with the updated settings in your schedule.

The link you posted to fix the scheduler issue is being rejected by my computer. Is there another way around this, also if I do get the link the link to RUN will it delete all of my pool entries?

I had to tell my AVG virus blocker that TheSideline.com was trustworthy, then it ran fine. The updated version did indeed fix the scheduling problem.

I had this exact same problem.
Doug's fix above, reloading the software, solved issue for me.

None of this has worked for me. I've downloaded and reinstalled the latest version. Uninstalled and reinstalled. Enabled the scheduler and don't see it in the system tray. This is probably the last straw for me with this software. I've been a loyal user for so many years, but every year there is seems to be an issue that puts me farther and farther away. If I can't get a solution to get this schedule working for tomorrow, I really need a refund. This is way too much work for this. Doug, I appreciate all that you've done, your work and effort, but I really feel I put way too much effort and time than needed too make this work year in and year out. Please, can I just get this scheduler to work.

Why not post more than a complaint and then maybe you can get some help. Saying it doesn't work doesn't really help. Can you post your logs so we can see if it is possible that something isn't set correctly. How about posting your scheduler settings as well, a screen shot.

Do you have a backup of your *.tt file??? If not save a 2nd copy somewhere other than your computer, use a flash drive or something, don't wait do it now!! Do it any time you make a change or import new entries.
