Can you select the Tools menu, then Schedule and let us know what you have selected for options? It looks like everything is running correctly but I am not sure you have selected anything in the "When Done" section .

Why don't you post more specifics so we can try to help, start with your scheduler log, as well as a screen grab of your scheduler settings, always good to post more than you think is necessary and giving us more than it isn't working is always helpful

Do you have a backup of your *.tt file??? If not save a 2nd copy somewhere other than your computer, use a flash drive or something, don't wait do it now!! Do it any time you make a change or import new entries.

There are a few ways, but the easiest I can think of is to do <ALT-PrintScreen> on your keyboard while the screen/program you want to capture is active. This copies it to your clipboard. Now you can paste it to any program like Word and save it as a document, or to a picture editor as a picture.

You should be able to highlight the text with your mouse, right click, then select 'copy'. You can then paste in the message here. That will show us the scheduler log results.

For a screen grab, I like using the Snip tool. https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/hel ... creenshots

The print screen that Phil mentions works, but it's going to capture the entire screen. If you have dual monitors, it captures both monitors. The Windows Snip tool allows you to focus on one area.

You should be able to paste the text here. You can use the "Gallery" to put the picture in to it.

Was not aware of the Snipping Tool Sam...thanks for the heads up. Is it possible to keep it on the screen without having to type it in the search and then clicking on it? In reading the instructions, I did not see that option but perhaps I missed it?

Are you talking about opening it, doing a capture and it staying on the screen? Or do you want a shortcut on the desktop?

Mine stays on the screen until I close it. I make a snip and it displays where I can save, copy, or email, then I can select a 'New' one.

For the shortcut on the desktop, once you do the search, right click on the program and select 'Send To' -> Desktop

Yeah, I was talking about opening it, taking a screen shot and it staying on the screen. I figured out how to pin it to the task bar so that is almost the same think.
