seed scoring

Trying out Seed scoring this year for first time. Just double checking my settings. With settings shown
seeds 9/10 will always get add'l 1 pt when winning during any round
11/12 - 2 pts
13/14 - 3 pts
15 - 4 pts
16 - 5 pts
