Results not updating with scheduler updates

I have the results field checked but they are not updating before the job is run and site updated. Using internet add on.

That looks good, I also don't see any message about no new game results. Do you have your pool loaded when you run the scheduler? You won't see those game results show up unless you close the file (or the program) and then re-open the file. in other words, you shouldn't be running the scheduler to make updates while at the same time having the pool open and making updates in the program. Last update will win.

Got it, so if I leave I should close at least the file if not the whole program.

That's ok either way but then if you come back, after the scheduler has performed some updates, you will want to close and re-open your file otherwise you won't see the updates that it did.

Correct. I personally close the program.

For some more detail, here's the situation...

You open the program with no games played (for example) and leave it open and walk away.
The scheduler runs and downloads results of 4 games. It updates the website, saves the file, then "sleeps" until the next time it's supposed to run.
BUT, the file you have open hasn't done anything (because it won't read new unless you tell it to). Now, if you save the program (not making any changes), you're saving over the updates the scheduler did. BUT, the scheduler still thinks it downloaded 4 games. So it won't download those 4 results again. Does that make sense?

My scheduler is running and updating fine...but my players are not receiving the emails when it updates and I'm using Turbo Tourney Pro.

I've had quite a few people tell me they are not receiving emails when they enter their picks and they leave the box checked.

I've also had people tell me they don't get the email updates without the scheduler running.

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

View -> Preferences -> Mail

Is that section filled out? Can you send an individual an email (right click on a player -> Send Email)?

Tools -> Schedule

What do you have under "When done"?
